The entire Bear Valley is only 15 miles long and Erwin Lake is a quiet area on the east end of the valley. It is only minutes to the lake, slopes and village.
Erwin Lake has a variety of properties that range from small affordable weekend getaways to luxurious custom homes on acreage.
Erwin Lake itself is a small seasonal lake. Among the upscale areas in Erwin Lake are Meadowbrook Estates and Hamilton Ranch.
Meadowbrook Estates is an area of very high end luxury custom homes. The development has parcels that range from 1-6 acres and are zoned for horses.
Hamilton Ranch has also been developed with large parcels of land with the same equestrian zoning. There are many fabulous horse properties in Erwin Lake and some of the properties back to National Forest.
Erwin Lake is easily accessed by beautiful Highway 38 that comes up the mountain from Redlands.
